Discuss and consider approving a support and maintenance subscription option for one year with Southwest Solutions Group for JP4.

Background

Southwest Solutions Group has upgraded the NetLabels software that we use for our case files. There has been no charge to use this software. Since this is the first upgrade Southwest Solutions has had in several years, they are offering a one, two or three year support and maintenance subscription. We have had Hal Hawes review this agreement. We have also had Jeff Smith in IT review. We are opting to choose the one-year support and maintenance for a cost of $105.90. By not purchasing a Support and Maintenance Subscription, we would not be eligible for support for any issue related to NetLabels 3.0. We do not know if there will be any issues with the new upgrade, but the cost of the one-year support and maintenance agreement would be much less than any type of support and maintenance without the subscription.
