Background
The transfer into 005200 - Right of Way is necessary to continue fencing ROW parcels that have been donated to the County. Donated ROW will allow for maintenance of drainage channels, making the road safer by re-grading roadway slopes to alleviate steep drop offs, and/or to widen the road in the future.
The transfer into 003599 - Road Const./Maint. necessary to cover water usage for road base work that is currently being done. Road & Bridge at one time received a payment from the City of Taylor as part of a Court approved Inter Loacal Agreement for a cost share on a road project. The money was deposited into the current year's budget, and then removed as the work was completed last year (per accounting office).
The transfer into 004620 - Furniture/Eqpt. Rentals is necessary for augmenting our vacuum sweeping capapbilities in the support of ongoing seal coat projects.
The transfer into 003006 - Office Equipment is to pay for a replacement headset for the front desk receptionist.
The transer into 003001 - Small Tools and Equipment is necessary to purchase tools for the repair of equipment and to replace broken tools.
