To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Constable Precinct Four

Background

We have a Dell Computer that has been a chronic problem, and has now crashed it's hard drive and is out of warranty. We request transfer of funds from 003006 Office Equipment to 003010 Computer Equipment to replace the Dell with a Panasonic Toughbook. Our deputies have used these computers for all of their daily activities and have now become a requirement to do their job.
