Background

Currently Road and Bridge has only one vacuum sweeper. If this one vacuum sweeper breaks down, the ability to prep sweep before a pavement application, sweep after a seal coat resurfacing and clean inlets (vacuum sweeper has an attachment that fits down an inlet manhole to remove debris) is gone and any subsequent work flow is stopped.
