Discuss and consider approving an additional 5 FTO EMS stipends for FY'12.
Background
WCEMS is requesting an additional 5 FTO stipends in order to meet the request by Round Rock Fire Department and Taylor Fire Department in regards to credentialing First Responders to provide patient care prior to our arrival for intervention dependent patients. The cost is $6000 with FICA $459.00 and Retirement of $717.60.
