Discuss and consider approving Telestaff Automated Scheduling System agreement for EMS.

Background

Consider approving agreement with Telestaff Automated Scheduling System to assist and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, county and department policies in regards to time tracking, leave management, reporting, integration to payroll, overtime management, daily roster and scheduling as recommended by legal councel. Agreement reviewed and approved by Attorney Hal Hawes.
