Pupko v. Williamson County, et al.
Landfill Permit Matters, including appeal of State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) ruling to District Court and review of all permit modification and amendments as requested by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, Sec. 262.024(a)(4) Local Government Code and
2. To approve the continued employment of Dietz & Jarrad for those services and authorize the County Judge to execute an Attorney Services Agreement/Contract for those services.
