Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Elections Department.

Background

These funds are needed to compensate election workers who attended two training classes held in August. Additionally, we would like to have two part-time employees work during the three remaining Work Periods in this fiscal year to assist in the warehouse with getting equipment and supplies ready for early voting which starts October 18.
