Consider authorizing the Purchasing Department to have GovDeals and/or Rene Bates Auctioneers hold online auctions for the sale of surplus County vehicles, heavy equipment and surplus County property on the following dates: December 15th, 2010, February 16th, 2011, April 13th, 2011, June 15th, 2011 and August 17th, 2011. All auctions will close by 5pm CST on these dates.
