To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Constable Pct. #4

Background

We have been fortunate this year on our vehicle repair line item not to have had any major repairs. We need to transfer funds form vehicle repairs 004541 to Internet services 004210. We have bills at this moment that are failing funds. The problem is that we have been getting old warrants to research and the data provided is no longer valid. Also what we are seeing is that we have a transient society with the economy at the moment, and even on civil process we are having difficulty locating people. This causes our searches to locate them for service to increase, resulting in higher usage of these services.
