Discuss and approve a line item transfer for Non Departmental
Background
R&B was authorized by the Court to pave the Jail parking lot. Because the R&B fund is a separate fund and can not pay for general fund expenses, the general fund must "pay" or reimburse the R&B fund for the paving costs. This transfer will put the correct amount of money in the appropriate line item to pay for this expenditure.
