The District Attorney's Office is requesting LITs for Telephone Service and Law Books; funds in both lines have been exhausted. The Telephone Service lines is budgeted as accurately as possible however costs of service vary depending upon the number of cases requiring calls. The Law Book line item has historically been difficult to budget accurately due to unexpected increases in manufacturing and publishing costs. |
