Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the County Jail.

Background

This request is to provide for overtime funding for the Williamson County Jail to complete fiscal year 2010. The current requirement to complete fiscal 2010 salary line item is $1,817.914.62. However, the current balance, in this line item is $2,278,107.16 leaving an excess of $460,192.54. This request of $21,000.00 will come from that excess. The increase in overtime is a result of correction officer's hours at medical facilities (guarding inmates) and required training.
