Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the District Attorney's Office:

Background

The District Attorney's Office is requesting a line item transfer to the Transcript Line Item; all current funds have been depleted. We currently have numerous felony criminal cases pending trial and court hearings, which will require transcripts from defendant's previous court cases as well as transripts of law enforcement audio and video evidence submitted to this office.
