Discuss and take appropriate action regarding ORDER APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAX EXEMPT FINANCING BY THE CRAWFORD HEALTH FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR GEORGETOWN HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.

Background

Reviewed and legally approved for consideration.

Approval of the resolution does not obligate the County to any financing and does not obligate County funds to payment of any bonds that may be issued by the health facilities development corporation, or otherwise obligate the County in any way. Sec. 221.066 of the Health & safety Code expressly covers this point.
