Consider rejecting bids received for Tires and Tubes bid # 10WCA063 for Fleet Services.

Background

After extensive evaluation the decision was made by Fleet Services to purchase off TX-Mas/State contract rather than being bound to the bid contract allowing the department more flexibility choosing their vendors and products.
