Discuss and consider closing Tantivy Drive from Hunter's Chase to Elkhorn Mountain on Sat., August 21, 2010 from 5:00 p.m until 9:00 p.m. for a block party and consider loaning 20 cones.

Background

The neighbors along Tantivy Drive would like to close the roadway from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on August 21, 2010 to have a block party. Tantivy is small side street between Hunter's Chase and Elkhorn Mountain and there are several other streets that can be used as an alternate route. Neighbors have been notified and this has been through the counties road closure process with all departments approving. They are expecting approximately 40-50 people.
