BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:41 A.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2009, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit:

	Valerie Covey, Commissioner Precinct 3

Review and approval of minutes.

Consider adoption of 2009 tax rate for Avery Ranch Road District.

Attorney Charlie Crossfield addressed the Court.

Second By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey Motion: To approve the adoption of 2009 tax rate for Avery Ranch Road District of $0.14448 which was reduced from last year's rate.
