Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Jail

Background

Two walk behind mowers for CSR workers needed repairs and vehicle #4373 required a new a/c unit, radiator, tires and a windshield. These expenditures, together with an increase in need for tires, depleted the repair line item. This transfer should complete this fiscal year.
