Consider authorizing Williamson County to participate with other political jurisdictions in a joint election on November 4, 2008.
Background
Several political jurisdictions have contacted the Elections Department requesting our services with conducting their November elections and sharing polling locations. This request is to authorize Williamson County to participate with them as a joint election. The Avery Centre Road Districts 1 and 2 are also a part of the November 4, 2008 election. Those special elections are a part of of the November general election that the Election Department would be conducting anyway, so they are not listed in the itemized list contained in the Order.
