Consider approving secondary, tertiary and quaternary providers for Asphalt Mixes, Asphalt Cement and Asphalt Emulsion contracts.
Background

Primary vendors were awarded on July 29, 2008 and Secondary for Asphalt Emulsions awarded on August 12, 2008.  Due to Asphalt availability, additional providers are necessary to insure product for County road projects.
