Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Communications:

Background

We are short in overtime due to the previous staffing issues that this department experienced. However, even though we are moving $58,000 from salaries to overtime we should end up with $300,000 left over in the salaries line item for FY-08. We have worked very had to ensure that this department is allowed to take vacation and holiday time. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
