Discuss and take appropriate action on Leander Tax Increment Financing Agreement with the City of Leander.
Background
Commissioner Greg Boatright and the previous Court approved the participation in the Leander TIF, but no contract was agreed upon before the present Court took office. This agreement has been worked on for several months by the Leander City Attorney, Barney Knight; Charlie Crossfield and Pix Howell. The agreement was approved by the Leander City Council. Two signed copies will be forwarded to the Judge's office prior to court.
