Discuss and take appropriate action on request for an official declaration or resolution of support for the City of Cedar Park's Quiet Zone application.
Background
The application has been requested by the City of Cedar Park and has been reviewed by the City Attorney Charles Rowland. Dale Rye has also reviewed the information for the County Attorney's Office. Blockhouse MUD is supportive of the Quiet Zone and the FRA provisions allow for multiple jurisdictions to work together on a combined quiet zone.
