Discuss and take appropriate action on the Pictometry Inter-Local agreement with WCAD

Background

The Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD) has requested changes to the inter-local agreement for the 2008 Pictometry project. These changes were approved by WCAD's board and signed. They have been reviewed by the County Attorney's office and GIS staff. There are no changes to the basic terms, timeline, or funding in the agreement.

Change highlights:
Assuring WCAD and the County that their use of the software was authorized by Pictometry;
That WCAD be allowed to contact Pictometry on their own for assistance with integrating the data into their software packages;
That WCAD is not directly financially obligated to Pictometry;
That if the Pictometry agreement is terminated they will be reimbursed on a pro-rated basis.
