Discuss and consider approving Kellogg, Brown & Root Services, Inc. (KBR) supplemental #1 to their Williams Drive/RM 2338 Professional Service Agreement (PSA).

Background

Allows for execution of work authorization #2. The is for the required WPAP to keep the Williams Drive Project on tract to advertise in September. Half of KBR’s portion of the fee is for the additional design changes to accommodate as many of the utilities in the field as possible to lower the County’s costs.
