Discuss and take appropriate action on emsCharts Service Agreement.

Background

emsCharts, Inc. (emsCharts) has established and operates a proprietary web-based computer patient charting system that allows customers to create, maintain, access, manage and report information related to emergency medical care transport and other medical services; mobile data collection software for Pocket PC PDAs (emsCharts Pocket), and mobile data collection software for laptop and tablet computers (emsCharts Mobile) that allows onsite patient data collection. Williamson County EMS is interested in receiving such services and is asking the court to approve the emsCharts Service Agreement. Williamson County EMS Director, Kenny Schnell, will be present during the court's session to provide the court with any additional information that may be needed.
