NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT
 
 
AUGUST 28th, 2007
 
 
The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in special session in the Justice of the Peace, Pct. #3 Courtroom, 301 S.E. Inner Loop, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

 
  1.   Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to two minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda. 

 
 
  2.    Read and approve the minutes of the last meeting.
 
  3.    Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, and Wire Transfers submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
  4.    Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Unified System.
 
  CONSENT
 
  The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

19.   Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from the 2006 Road Bond for Sheets & Crossfield, P.C. in the amount of $16,942.90 for costs associated with Westinghouse Road Parcel 5, Project 157.
 
20.   Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from the 2006 Road Bond for Sheets & Crossfield, P.C. in the amount of $4,793.09 for costs associated with Project 157.
 
21.   Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from the 2006 Road Bond for Sheets & Crossfield, P.C. in the amount of $21,192.08 for costs associated with CR 111 Westinghouse Road – D, Project 157.

33.   Announce 1st Public Hearing on County tax rate on September 4th, 2007 at 10:00am.
 
34.   Hear presentation from Williamson County’s Adult Protective Services Special Task Unit (STU).

Hold Public Hearing on plan for funding the preservation and restoration of the County Clerk’s records archives.
 
36.   Discuss and take appropriate action on plan for funding the preservation and restoration of the County Clerk’s records archives.
 
37.   Discuss and consider approving the preliminary plat of Wheeler Subdivision. Pct. #4
 
38.   Discuss and take appropriate action on road bond program.
 
39.   Consider approving Change Order No. 4 for Reagan Blvd North, Ph. 2. Pct. #3
 
40.   Discuss and consider approving S.D. Kallman’s Supplemental #1 to their Professional Service Agreement (PSA) for the Arterial A, Phase 1 project adding 4 additional hourly rates.
 
41.   Discuss and consider approving S.D. Kallman’s Supplemental #1 to their Professional Service Agreement (PSA) for the Arterial A, Phase 2 project adding 4 additional hourly rates.
 
42.   Review proposed amendments to the Williamson County Multi-Corridor Transportation Plan and consider setting a Public Hearing on the proposed amendments.
 
43.   Discuss and take appropriate action on courthouse restoration.
 
44.   Discuss and take appropriate action on various County parks and trails projects.
 
45.   Discuss and take appropriate action concerning renewal of Clean Air Force partners report for 2008.
 
46.   Discuss and consider approving Amendment Number 1 to Contract 582-6-55082-16 with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (originally dated August 20, 2002).
 
47.   Discuss and take appropriate action on Regional Animal Shelter.
 
48.   Discuss and take appropriate action on granting unto the County Judge authority to execute a resolution and future letters relating to the recruitment of cities that do not currently participate in a Cooperative Agreement with the Williamson County and Cities Health District.
