NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT AUGUST 14th, 2007



		The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in special session on Tuesday, Aug. 14th, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. in the Justice of the Peace, Pct. #3 Courtroom, 301 S.E. Inner Loop, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

		1. Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to two minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

		2. Read and approve the minutes of the last meeting.

		3. Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, and Wire Transfers submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

		4. Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Unified System.

		CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda. ( Items 5 – )

	15.	Discuss and consider approving amended plat of lots 6 and 7 of Rowe Lane Estates.

	16.	Discuss and consider approving the preliminary plat of The Gray Subdivision. Pct. #2

	17.	Discuss and take appropriate action for reimbursement to Jonah SUD for 36” inch encasement pipe on Chandler Road. Pct. #4

	18.	Discuss and take appropriate action on road bond program.

	19.	Consider approving Klotz Associates, Inc. Supplemental #1 to their Professional Service Agreement increasing the compensation cap to allow for additional work on work authorizations 1 and 2 for the O’Connor Blvd. (RM 620 to SH 45 project.)

	20.	Discuss and consider authorizing the County Judge to sign RM 620 Interim Intersection Improvements (Cornerwood to Deepwood) Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation.

	21.	Discuss and consider authorizing the County Judge to sign the revised Advance Funding Agreement for I-35 NB Ftg. RM 2243 to Westinghouse Road.

	22.	Consider approving Change Order No. 16 for Reagan Blvd. South, Ph. 2. Pct. #2

	23.	Discuss and take appropriate action on courthouse restoration.

	24.	Discuss and take appropriate action on various County parks and trails projects.

	25.	Consider approving Change Order No. 1 for Lake Creek Trail in the amount of $5,400.00.

	26.	Discuss and consider approving Supplement No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 for Smith, Robertson, Elliot, Glen, Klein, & Bell LLP (hearafter S-R).

	27.	Discuss and take appropriate action on Regional Animal Shelter.

	31.	Consider authorizing advertising and setting date of September 5, 2007 at 3:00pm in the Purchasing Department to receive bids for asphalt mixes.

	32.	Discuss and take appropriate action concerning adoption of Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) Employer Contribution Rate beginning January 1, 2008.

	33.	Discuss and take appropriate action concerning award of renewal contract for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services as of October 1, 2007.

	34.	Discuss and take appropriate action concerning award of Health Related Services contracts effective November 1, 2007.

	35.	Discuss and take appropriate action concerning setting 885 Fund Budget for FY 2008, Employer Contribution Rate for FY 2008 and Employee Insurance Rates for November 1, 2007.

	36.	Discuss and take appropriate action concerning amendment to Nationwide Retirement Solutions Deferred Compensation Plan.
