Motion: To note in the minutes the off right-of-way work to County roads done by the Road & Bridge Division and a Temporary Construction Easement signed by Greg Heine at 601 County Road 492 in Thrall allowing for the fence and brush to be pushed onto his property and the shaping and grading of a drainage ditch that will allow for better conveyance of storm water alongside CR 481.

Judge Gattis abstained in regard to payment of one invoice (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Motion: To authorize the County Judge to sign a Burn Ban Order that prohibits outdoor burning for thirty (30) days and, if the County Judge determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of Williamson County no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, the County Judge is further authorized to terminate the Burn Ban prior to the expiration of said thirty (30) days.
