BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:11 P.M. on TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the June 16, 2015 meeting.

Motion: To approve road district collections for the month of June 2015 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

THE AVERY RANCH ROAD DISTRICT MEETING RECONVENED AT 1:24 P.M. ON TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2015. Judge Gattis stated that there were no bills for Agenda Item #2 and therefore no bills were approved.
