Health & Safety Code § 363.112 and § 364.012.

Health & Safety Code § 363.112 and § 364.012.

Judge Gattis recommended that the Judge for County Court at Law #2 be determined by the voters of Williamson County and that if anyone is interested in the position they should begin campaign preparations.

Commissioner Long commented that the visiting judges are well qualified and are doing a great job, at no additional expense to the County.

Commissioner Birkman commented that the Court should consider appointing a judge in the near future.
