Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 08 in the amount of $36,219.64 for CR 170, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 4.
Background
This Change Order adds a new contract item to compensate the Contractor for revisions to maintain drainage conveyance on the project during construction.  This Change Order also adds a new Contract item to remobilize the earthwork and utility subcontractor after the City of Round Rock waterline was completed. The waterline was installed after the initial project survey but not discovered until construction on the project had commenced.
