Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a change order for $3,000.00 to the services agreement with Mtech Comfort Systems for HVAC replacement at Central Maintenance Facility. This project is funded in 0100-0509-005300.
Background
The original agreement was approved during the time that Purchasing was sending the agreements to Judge Gattis for approval and they were not going through court. Later on it was determined that they needed court approval.
