Background
This is the next section of Santa Rita Ranch South (formerly known as Middle Brook Ranch). This section consists of 74 single family lots and 1,921 feet of new public roadway. Construction of the roads and drainage is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,269,488.33 has been posted with the County to cover the remaining cost of construction.
