Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on line item transfer for Ag Extension office.

Background

We initiated a new copier contract to better accommodate our department's needs. However, before that contract went into effect, we had overages that weren't planned. Now we need to transfer money into our copier line item to ensure we have enough funds for the remainder of the budget year.
