Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Highland Meadows Phase 4 subdivision - Pct 1.

Background

This is actually a replat of Lots 1-3 (Block N) and Lots 1-3 (Block 0) of the Highland Horizon Phase 1 subdivision. It consists of 13 commercial lots, and is located along the south side of RM 620 at Great Oaks Drive. There will be no new roads. All parcels have direct access to either RM 620 or Great Oaks Drive. There are a series of drainage, utility and joint access easements that traverse this plat. The associated easement documents will be recorded simultaneously with the recording of this plat. The missing document numbers on this plat will be added at the time of recordation.
