Discuss and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Wireless Communications.
Background
Funding transfer will allow for the purchase of a new analog and digital radio spectrum analyzer to be used in conjunction for radio tuning and preventive maintenance. The new analyzer will be capable and able to interface with both our old legacy subscriber units as well as the new generation radios to be phased in over the next couple of years.
