Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the approval of a line item transfer for the All District Courts.
Background
Court appointed attorneys in Juvenile cases have exceeded budgets. We have transferred within the department as much as possible and do not have additional funding for the remainder of the year. This is a conservative estimate and additional funds may need to be transferred before 9/30/15.
