Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding proposal received for RFP #15RFP113 for Audit and Accounting Services for Williamson County to Weaver and Tidwell LLP.
Background
From six proposals received and upon the initial evaluation and review, four were chosen for the next phase of evaluation interviews. Upon completion of the interviews, Weaver and Tidwell LLP was requested to present a Best and Final Offer. Upon receiving the Best and Final Offer, Weaver and Tidwell LLP is recommended by the evaluation committee to be awarded the 3 year initial contract with two optional , one year renewals.
