Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Supplemental #1 to a Professional Service Agreement for the CR 110 Middle Section (Limmer Loop to CR 107) project between Williamson County and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. relating to the 2006 Road Bond program.
Background
This supplemental adds $100,000.00 to the contract so that Kimley-Horn may add signal design work at University Drive and CR 110. The signal would be a separate construction plan set.
