Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on setting a date, time and place for a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 26, Texas Parks and Wildlife Code, regarding the City of Austin’s request to utilize a portion of County parkland for a wastewater easement.
Background
The City of Austin plans to construct a wastewater interceptor project that will require consideration of some proposed easements across County Parkland near Lake Creek Trail.
