Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding Revised Statement of Work and Additional Terms to existing Software License and Service Agreement No. 100273 with Sungard Public Sect, In. dated March 30, 2010 for the Sungard Computer-Aided Dispatch ("CAD") Interface (to develop an interface between ONESolution CAD and the Purvis Fire Station Alerting System ("FSAS") to process communications between AD and FSAS). Action may include, but not limited to: 1) authorizing additional Annual Maintenance for FY2017; and 2) authorizing County Judge to sign same and any related documents.

Background

Funding for this project is through PUMA Project (Prioritized Unit Master Alerting System) which has already been encumbered and a carryover amount has been budgeted for FY16. Purvis Systems, Inc. has provided additional confirmation that the Interface Development cost will be paid by Purvis Systems, Inc.
