Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the Tax Collection Agreement between the Leander Municipal Utility District No. 1 and the County of Williamson, Texas.

Background

Three original documents of the Tax Collection Agreement for the Leander Municipal Utility District No. 1 requires the County Judge's signature. Hard copies have been sent via inter departmental mail to the Judge Gattis' office. Return all originals to the Tax Assessor/Collector's office for further processing.
