Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the Tax Collection Agreement between the Leander Municipal Utility District No. 2 and the County of Williamson, Texas.
Background
The three originals of the Tax Collection Agreement with the Leander Municipal Utility District No. 2 requires the County Judge's signature. Hard copies will be sent via interdepartment mail to Judge Gattis's office for signature. Return all original copies to the Tax Assessor/Collector for further processing.
