Background

This is a 21-acre, single-lot plat for the construction of approximately 12 units of single-family patio homes. As is the case with all plats located within the Star Ranch development, this plat will be approved by both the City of Hutto and the Williamson County Commissioners Court. Applicable preliminary plat review fees have been paid.
