Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 11 in the amount of $65,545.20 for IH 35 NBFR, a Pass Through Financing Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.

Background

This Change Order compensate the Contractor for additional detour pavement and 24" RCP for the construction of a temporary entrance ramp from the new northbound frontage to the IH35 mainlanes just south of SH 29. This ramp eliminates the need to proceed through SH 29 intersection to access IH 35 mainlanes during the construction of the permanent entrance ramp, minimizing the congestion at SH 29. This Change Order also adds revised plan sheets to the striping layout. The Change Order not add any days to the Contract time.
