Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding contract for Professional Architectural/Engineering Services for Improvements to Portions of Brushy Creek Regional Trail and Champion Park Phase II Development to Studio 16:19; the firm determined to be most qualified after evaluation of responses received for RFQ #15RFQ105 and authorize the execution of the Professional Service Agreement.

Background

This RFQ was for professional services including but not limited to landscape architectural and engineering services, surveying and construction management and administration for this project. The firm/teams will prepare and design construction plans and specifications to include, but not limited to, improvements to trail drainage, embankments stabilization, trail surface (decomposed granite gravel) re-grading and stabilization, trail amenity improvements, additional retaining walls construction, existing retaining wall systems improvements, additional parking, additional pavilion(s), additional shade structures, improvements to shade structures, play area additions and improvements, and re-purposing splash pad operations.
