Discuss and consider approving the Tax Collection Agreement between the City of Leander and the County of Williamson, Texas.

Background

The three originals of the Tax Collection AGreement with teh City Leander requires the County Judges signature including the resolution. Hard copies will be sent via Interdepartmental mail to Judge Gattis for his signature after the Tax Assessor/Collector has signed her portion. Pages will be marked identfying where Judge Gattis should sign.
