Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving System Monitoring Proposals between Williamson County and Convergint Technologies, LLC in relation to monitoring fire and security systems at sixteen different county facilities (DIR Contract #DIR-SDD-2216) and authorize the County Judge to execute the proposals and agreements necessary to obtain to such services.

Background

Gary Wilson and/or Todd Imboden of Facilities will be present to answer any questions regarding the transition to Covergint and the associated discounts that will be received. This purchase is being made through DIR Contract #DIR-SDD-2216.
